Subscriptions

Professional access is provided while the associated subscription remains entitled under the selected plan, subject to any stated grace period for failed payments.

Licenses and seats

License keys are assigned to the purchaser and may be activated only within the purchased seat allowance. Subscription cancellation or expiration can end Professional entitlement without deleting locally created evidence files.

Billing

Billing and payment-method management are handled through Stripe. Customers can access their QRensic Account to open Stripe's Customer Portal.
